The breakfast was good. The room was clean other than a stain on the comforter. We were only overnight, when we got up to shower in the AM there was no water. The front desk had no resolution time, there was no back up water or anything provided so we could clean ourselves, brush teeth ect. When i asked for a refund they said they couldnt do anything because we booked through a 3rd party site.

I complained to this person that he had checked me in and never told me the room won’t be made up. He acknowledged this. I’m seeking a partial refund.
