The receptionists are very polite, but the hotel is not good, when I entered the room I had to dust it, the floor was dirty and there was dog hair, there was a water leak in the bathroom, old and dirty towels, the air conditioning is programmed, there is no point in lowering the temperature as it will continue not to cool down, and the breakfast is terrible.

Minha experiência no Allia Gran Pampulha foi, de modo geral, muito positiva. O hotel é confortável, bem localizado e o atendimento da equipe foi sempre educado e cordial. O café da manhã merece destaque, com bastante variedade e boa qualidade. No entanto, tive um pequeno desconforto em relação ao controle do frigobar. Em dois dias distintos houve lançamento de itens que não consumimos, primeiro um chocolate e, no dia do check-out, uma castanha. No primeiro caso, desci até a recepção para informar o erro e solicitei inclusive a retirada dos produtos do quarto, já que não pretendíamos consumir nada. Mesmo assim, no checkout apareceu novo lançamento indevido. A equipe não insistiu na cobrança e retirou os itens da conta sem questionamentos, mas a situação é desconfortável, pois gera uma sensação de desconfiança desnecessária. Fora esse ponto, a estadia foi muito boa. Sugiro apenas maior atenção ao controle do frigobar para evitar esse tipo de situação.
