The receptionists are very polite, but the hotel is not good, when I entered the room I had to dust it, the floor was dirty and there was dog hair, there was a water leak in the bathroom, old and dirty towels, the air conditioning is programmed, there is no point in lowering the temperature as it will continue not to cool down, and the breakfast is terrible.

No check-in nos deram o cartão de acesso com o numero do quarto errado, acabei batendo na porta errada e o quarto estava ocupado. Foi bem constrangedor. Havia dispenser de sabonete liquido e shampoo no banheiro, porem o de sabão estava vazio, tivemos que solicitar mais. Deixaram pouquíssimo papel higiênico. A área da piscina estava muito abandonada. Tirando esses problemas, o quarto era limpo e confortável e o café da mnhã tbm muito bom.

Café preparado sem zelo, tivemos que comer fora. Só o pão de queijo e a queijadinha que estavam ok. Aspecto de comida requentada, pão duro, sem pão de sal. Ovo mexido tenebroso. Limpeza péssima, principalmente do banheiro e ainda me acomodaram em um quarto sem blindex, sem bancada de pia, molhando tudo com cortina de plástico, me senti em um hospital com a cadeira de rodas no banheiro.
