Avoid this place at all costs worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I booked a two-night stay through Hotels.com, and when I arrived, the hotel claimed there was a glitch in their system and refused to honor my reservation. Instead, they made me pay an extra fee just to check in — despite the fact that I had already paid in full for two nights.
I stayed one night, and the next morning the hotel owner tried to forcefully kick me out, claiming I hadn’t paid for a second night — which I had. I explained the situation and showed proof, but they still refused to let me stay or give me any kind of refund. I was left with no choice but to leave early and deal with the mess myself.
I’ve filed a complaint with Hotels.com and my credit card company, and I’m still waiting to hear back. This experience was stressful, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable.
