Having an apartment on the route of the Berlin marathon was great! Two U-Bahn lines are within walking distance, making getting around the city easy. The amenities are outstanding. As a frequent traveler, I deeply appreciated having a selection of tea, sugar, and salt & pepper in the kitchen.

Pretty much fine only minor niggles

Having three different codes for three different doors was a bit tiresome but once inside, the apartment was comfortable , spacious and well equipped. Parking could be challenging so it would have been helpful to know that it may be a problem. It was hot when we stayed .we we’re on the third floor and had the windows open overnight and we’re disturbed on a couple of occasions by inconsiderate guests shouting in the courtyard below . A fan for every bedroom might be a good idea so you can keep the windows closed overnight if it’s hot. Overall though the apartment was really pretty good .

Clean and Spacious

The apartment was well stocked. It was also spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. The front desk person was very helpful and friendly. One of the court yards could have had a little extra light late at night but it was a fantastic stay and will do it again. Would definitely recommend.

Super fint hotell där vi hade möjlighet att bo på i 2 dagar. Lägenheten hade allt och var i topp skick med allt. Det ända minus var parkeringen som dem hade var få och väldigt trångt att kör in till samt parkera med om du har en större bil (minst 7 sitsig bil).

Great stay!

Amazing staff, clean room, great location. Wifi was not reliable, but that is not staffs problem. The front desk is only open till 17:00 (5pm) so if you don’t have internet connection it is difficult to check in and provide deposit, had to make security deposit in cash (which was returned upon check out) Very much recommend this location as it is walking distance to everything.

It was a little misleading that the listing says there is laundry facility on site. In fact what it means is they can help you arrange laundry service with a 1-day turnaround. I was expecting that they have a room where you can do laundry on your own. Other than that, I had a nice stay at this apartment.

Overall, the apartment was spacious and clean. The only issues are a weird patch on the roof of the bedroom that was supposedly due to a water leak where you can sometimes hear water dripping noises from, and the heat gets quite overwhelming if you get a top-floor apartment like I did.

Unterkunft generell gut, aber gerade Wasserschaden

Die Kommunikation war super, kurzfristig gebuchter Parkplatz im Hof wurde organisiert. Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet und sauber. Jedoch war im Zimmer ein erheblicher Wasserschaden erkennbar, von dem wir im Vorfeld keine Information erhalten haben, Wände sahen feucht aus, über ein großes Wandstück wurde eine Papierabdeckung aufgeklebt - das war sehr unschön und verunsicherte uns, ob sich darunter ggf. Feuchtigkeit oder gar Schimmel befand. Eine Vorabinformation des Hotels über diesen Schaden wäre hilfreich gewesen, dann wären wir ggf. gar nicht erst angereist. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, der KU´-Damm kann zu Fuß erreicht werden. Der Hotelparkplatz im Innenhof ist sicher und mit einem Tor verschlossen.

Overall, we were satisfied with the apartment. We Overlooked that there is no AC and one room didn't include a fan. It was very easy to access the property and very clean and spacious. It is very close to everything but the actual area is not the nicest to walk around.
