This was the second time I have stayed here ~ and a week each visit. It is a superb base when visiting friends in the region. Easy access to S/U-Bahn and the Hauptbahnhof. Immaculately clean, friendly staff - who remembered me from last visit - and a nice breakfast every morning.

Stayed 2 nights. The hotel and room with private bathroom were clean, different beverages in a little fridge available, can control temp in the room, terrific breakfast. All the staff were wonderful!!!! It is a bit small for 2 people if staying for a few nights in the budget side, however good for short stays.

The hotel was nice, great breakfast but our room was in a terrible location. 1st floor, right on the very busy & noisy street. But for 1 night, and the very reasonable price, it was fine.

The kindest and most generous staff I have ever seen at a hotel. The mini bar is completely free with beer, pop and water available and the staff asked me if needed a refill every day. The woman at breakfast remembered our order the second day (she makes custom omelettes that are delicious) and even checking out the front desk made sure to expedite our process because we had a train to catch. Please stay here. The area cam be a little rough around the train station but the people here are kind.
