Unforgettable Stay with Exceptional Service Everything about our stay was perfect! The well-appointed room and its balcony overlooking the canal, complete with serenading gondoliers, created a magical ambiance. The hotel staff went above and beyond, offering excellent restaurant recommendations and seamlessly arranging boat taxis to and from the train station. Our room was lovely. It was small, but very comfortable and clean. The windows open to balconies overlooking one of the canals where the gondolas are going back and forth.
