McMinnville Inn met my needs by being centrally located near Linfield University. Rooms are very spacious and property was clean and safe. The staff was very helpful. I would stay here again next time I’m in McMinnville.

The check in was great. Once in the room we noticed small ants in the bathroom. When getting ready to check out the ants were really bad on the carpeted area by the fridge. Breakfast was supposed to be from 6-10am. We showed up at 8am and there was one milk container, and a few pieces of bread for toast. Another guest walked in shortly after us and asked about breakfast when the front desk staff told him that what was out is all there is left. I do not feel that after paying over $200 for the night that I should not have a FULL breakfast in the morning that is supposed to be provided. I'm very unhappy with their choice of not restocking the breakfast area when it was not busy and the front desk was just sitting there playing/watching his phone.

This dated hotel has pleasant and is clean. The rooms are spacious and beds are decent. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance to the hotel and others in the proper downtown area. The hotel offers a breakfast. The break is at the registration building. The regular coffee option is decent. The fare includes the ultra processed boxed cereal, a Sysco egg and patty croissant, bagels (2 types) and Jiffy peanut butter packages and a cream cheese. Other than the coffee, It is … a disappointing option. I stayed overnight to compete in a bike race on Carlton. It was quiet, parking is ample, and it is place I would—despite the above—stay again at given its proximity to Carlton and professional staff.

The staff was great! The room was clean, but you could tell it had seen some things..lots of patching on the walls. It would have been nice to have a table and chairs to sit at, and maybe one extra pillow. There were only 3 thin ones, so if you’re staying with someone, one of you is going to get the pillow shaft.
