In all my years of staying at hotels with my children, I have never encountered such a rude staff! I called the hotel prior to my reservation to make sure that we could use the pool …I booked two rooms I wanted to make sure that they were adjoining rooms. She had to fix reservation because it was an additional up charge for connected rooms and there was no issue with using the pool after check out we’re leaving. When I got to the hotel to check in, my husband noticed that the lights were off in the pool and she said that there wasn’t a problem we could use the pool tomorrow still. I explained how last time We had a late check out they just activated the card to use only pool and she said no it’s all set. I got up in the morning got breakfast for the kids requested a late check out because they were still sleeping since it was New Year’s Day upon check out I was returning the hotel keys to the front desk, I had said to her I need you just to activate one so we can get in and out of the pool area and she said your reservation is done with. You cannot use the pool ma’am… She said this in front of my four children that were standing there iwaiting to go to the pool… She was rude and condescending. I asked her to speak to a manager. I was told not one on site , I said call one please I’m visibly upset and she kept talking over me and was condescending! Ma’am you are no longer a guess you cannot use the pool your children cannot use the pool. We exchanged words and I left.
