This place is very clean , the stuff is nice and ready to help you anytime you need ! This hotel is in walking distance from Woods Hole harbor and all the restaurants and boutiques . We have a wonderful stay and for sure will be back !

We soaked in all the quiet we were looking for....in a very comfortable room with a view of the ocean. Motor Inn and Harbor House staff were warm and helpful and accommodating. The pool was a delightful oasis of calm surrounded by flowers. White butterflies enjoyed, too. We would very much look forward to a next time!

Sands of time is a gem. Prime location for starters and also a meticulously maintained property with retro appeal. Started everyday with a water view and coffee on our balcony. Ended everyday in the heated pool before a stroll to dinner at any number of good restaurants. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful—everyone made an effort to see that our stay was pleasant. The water, the beach, and a great place to stay. We will go again and again.

couples holiday clean hotel needs some TLC in the room where repairs to ceiling not carried out profesionally but did not take away the comfort of the room, comfortable room helpful staff, lack of tea or coffee making facility in room that was a downer even though they had it in reception didnt always want to wander of to reception, after sightseeing, would recommend it was relaxing

You cannot beat this place in Woods hole for convenience to the ferry, price and great views of the ocean, comfortable and clean. Good beds. Has a pool alap. Older property yes but very well kept. Owner on property for any concerns or needs.
