Housekeeping was great the woman that check me in was not so nice or friendly at all my room door had problems opening with the key and every time I go out I had to get someone to open the door I ask to change room and she refused to do so So it was a long 3 nights for me

Great stay

Had a great one-night stay. Gentleman at front was courteous on our check-in and the same for the gentleman we had on check-out. Location was excellent for our event and although our room was on a busy street the noise level was minimal. It was 8 minutes from Applebee's where we ate our Thanksgiving meal.

A place to sleep

This is definitely a Budget Hotel in Brooklyn. There isn’t much in regards to extras and the hotel is old, but the room was comfortable, AC and TV worked and the bathroom was updated. No coffee. If you need a place to sleep this should work.

Arrive with system being down, so had to use cash. 200.00 in cash. We arrive late around 8pm. System were down thru the night. Magically 6am no sign for cash only. I do not believe system were ever down, I believe the worker are just keeping some of the money. Bad weed odors, which i wouldn't care but this is a 200.00 dollar hotel. Arrive with no bed sheet. The place should be 79.99 a night, then I would understand. Forgot to mention free porn channel.

My boss bought me a room via Expedia, they Claimed it wasn’t payed for and don’t even know what Expedia is, and made me pay in full for the room again. Who knows if they were charged twice. They couldn’t grasp the concept of even merely looking into it and checking if it was paid for. I witnessed my boss put the credit card info in. A big con job if you ask me, they knew I had no place to go

The moment I walked in the room I wanted to leave but there was a no refund policy and I didn’t want to ruin my night because it was my honeymoon, I thought this was a hotel, not a roach motel, once I checked in and move away from the desk, the person who was next in line behind me ask the front desk how much for 3 hours, the place was dirty the shower was dirty, there was 2 big holes in the duvet cover, the linens were very wrinkled make me think that they might not have been changed, no bodywash, no shampoo, little bit of tissue on a roll for just one use, we went down and complained and the guy at the front desk was extremely rude and dismissive to us. I couldn’t take a shower because I didn’t want to catch fungus. This was the worst experience I ever had staying at a hotel.

The rugs smelled like vomit. The room smelled like smoke. I arrived after a late flight so it was too late to book another hotel. When I called the front desk to complain they didn’t offer to switch the room, he offered to have someone come and spray something. Really? He said that people smoke in these non-smoking rooms and after they catch them they’re banned. Apparently it’s a thing. There’s a site next door with flood lights that came directly into the room because the curtains were broken. I paid for the mistake of going there. Don’t do the same. I spoke to the front desk manager and of course there’s no type of discount for the nastiness. Oh, and the pics on the site are NOT the same as in person. BEWARE
