We stayed at Rosewood previously. Our room this trip felt dated and worn. Our room was in a different tower/area which perhaps is older. We had issues with the lights, the balcony seemed half-furnished, the carpet outside our door torn and worn out. We had a terrible experience at high tea but wonderful service (Jenika) after as the cost was taken off our bill. The Mexican restaurant bar area was filthy on the floor. We brought attention to it but just like our service, it was disregarded. The waterpark was such good fun. Made us feel like kids again. The beach always had loungers available. Flamingo Yoga was not only a must visually but their handler teaches you a lot about the birds themselves. The gym was great as was the spa though it was very expensive.
Would we come back ?! For a supposed luxury resort Rosewood came up short. I would rather stay next door at The Hyatt for more than half the price or if in a group to socialize SLS. Same amenities, same restaurants just better pricing.

Wonderful stay!!! A couple small hiccups with our check-in and cabana but honestly the customer service and service are by far my best experience of any stay in Bahamas. The pools are beautiful and cabana service was great! Loved the room and the restaurants especially costa were fantastic!!!

Had such a fabulous experience here! The hotel is clean and the staff is very attentive. The beach is gorgeous and the pool is so quiet and relaxing! Will definitely be back!

This was our 4th trip to the Rosewood Baha Mar in the last 5 years. The staff has been consistently amazing, and remember us without the aide of CRM. It is the perfect getaway with a flight time from NYC that is manageable, and a proximity to the airport that, all in has us from Newark to poolside in under 3.5 hours. Perfection

The front desk staff was amazing. The concierge were sometimes incredible and other times felt like I was talking to a bot - they would reply to one question but ignore the others. The restaurant staff were great. The poolside service was slow and frustrating. Rooms were beautiful.

True 5 star experience! The rosewood is pure luxury. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The pools and beach are very well maintained. You have access to the entire Baha mar property which is really nice.

Absolutely incredible resort down to every last detail. Property was impeccable. Staff were very accommodating and attentive. Couldn't have asked for a better spot to just relax and unwind. Very pricey but well worth it. Will ,definitely be back.
