Lovely stay in Mariehamn

We stayed at this adorable hotel while our daughter was playing football in Åland. The hotel is clean and modern, the rooms have everything one needs. The beds were a bit on the soft side. The staff is friendly and helpful, and there’s ample free parking in the hotel’s yard.

Wonderful location, very clean but few amenities and oddly laid out: room 511 was on the second floor and took a labyrinthine path to find it. Pool hours limited and “double bed” means 2 twins jammed together. other than that, a comfortable stay in a lovely locale.

We loved staying at the Park Alandia Hotel. We were within walking distance of the center of town. It was also a very quiet location, which means a lot as there was Rock Off happening a block down the road and the Tall Ships were in town. We didn't hear a thing. We also loved that breakfast was included. It was our only accommodation on our trip that included breakfast. It was delicious with a great variety from which to choose. They also have a baggage room where we were able to store our bags until we were ready to leave Mariehamn. I highly reccommend this facility.

Very pleasant stay in the middle of town. Friendly and courteous staff. I had to leave early for the airport before breakfast, but they provided hot coffee and a breakfast to go which was much appreciated. Overall, a very decent and pleasant stay although since it Scandinavia, it’s a bit pricey.

Bra boende men inget wow, hade kanske för höga förväntningar. Personalen var trevlig och hjälpsam, men det var lite oklart hur man bokade bord i restaurangen så vi blev bollade fram och tillbaka. Rummet och allmänna utrymmen var rena och fräscha. Sängarna var väldigt hårda och inte alls sköna. Bra och enkelt att parkera bilen vilket är ett stort plus för oss. Frukostbuffén var lite snålt tilltagen. Maten i restaurangen var bra och god, men hade kanske förväntat oss ännu bättre med tanke på allt gott vi läst och hört. Men vi blev mätta och belåtna iallafall. Överlag en bra och trevlig vistelse, om än med lite dålig sömn.
