My stay was very disappointing and extremely uncomfortable. The disappointment began at check-in. I arrived at the hotel approximately 5:00 pm. When I went to check-in, I greeted the check-in representative who greeted back. She proceeded to check me in as I was the only guest checking in at the time. Because I am a silver member, I inquired about any incentives. She told me because I hadn't booked my stay directly through the hotel, she could only give me two complimentary bottles of water. I responded that's fine and I will take those being that it was so hot outside. After she checked me in and gave me card keys, I went to retrieve my bags from my vehicle. Vi proceeded to the second floor and tried to enter the room with the card key I was given. Unfortunately the door would not open. I then proceeded to go back downstairs with all of my bags because I did not want to leave my belongings unattended on the second floor. Once I made my way back to the check-in desk, the representative was assisting a gentleman at the time. I stood on line and waited until she had a moment in between checking this gentleman in. I then proceeded to let her know the card key she had given me did not work. Without an apology she replied, "just a minute" and proceeded to check-out the gentleman. As I continued to stand there with all of my bags, I walked over to a table to place my belongings down. After a while, she then asked me what was my room number out loud to be continued
