In general, room was comfortable and staff were very helpful. However, room insulation was not great and noise from the other guests when they were talking while in the corridor can be heard. The room feels tired and in need of a renovation, and the air conditioning is extremely loud. Breakfast was also a bit disappointing - it was alacarte but with few options and the quality was not always great. Overall, it is a solid option, but at the price point and the fact that it is a 5 star hotel, it was a bit underwhelming.

The Hotel Singular is beyond outstanding!

The Hotel Singular was simply fantastic in and of itself and for its excellent location! The staff goes above and beyond, from Sergio ensuring I had a very early check-in, to possibly the best massage of my life by Hislamar Medina! There are insufficient words for Martin Torres, the incomparable Concierge who knew and handled everything immediately with a smile! My friend was staying at a big American chain and she said their Concierge was useless: “Thank Goodness we have Martin!!” The lobby and the rooms are delightfully charming, beautifully decorated from a bygone era. I was very sad to leave!

This is a superlative hotel. Excellent staff in all departments, very good restaurants, room was huge. Only negatives: lousy fridge temp, no seats on the balcony, included minibar was spartan. Excellent neighborhood. I will stay again.

This hotel is fabulous. The staff were lovely and very helpful and we enjoyed the pool and the fantastic food and drink from the rooftop bar. It is located very close to key sites and there are great restaurants and bars nearby (our city tour guide pointed the whole tour to the adjacent street). The downtown area of Santiago is suffering a bit in general and we were very cognisant of our safety but didn’t have any issues. Despite this would definitely stay again.

The Singular truly is the best hotel in Santiago! The food was incredible, the cute Lastarria area is great to roam around and try different restaurants and bars, and the staff went above and beyond. The concierge, Martin, arranged shipping a package home and luggage delivery for us. He really made it feel like a luxury experience! We stayed for part of our honeymoon while in Santiago exploring wine regions and Valparaiso.
