The sink was abnormally low to the ground. The TV in the room was the smallest I have ever seen and mounted crooked on the wall. The beds were very firm. There are no staff on site at the buildings.

The room that we were staying in was still dirty...there was hair on the shower wall...the floor were dirty...Overall the whole place was dirty...the carpets were so dirty and the smell of the hotel was also horrible...Worst experience ever...

Everything was good until late night .. i woke up and saw a roach in the sink killed one and flushed him in toilet only to wake and find another one! my kids loved the water park and the arcade though…. if im being honest we probably won’t return because of that i’d hate to bring unwanted companions home with us

Rooms could use a deeper clean Property is huge it was confusing where to check in and then how to get to your room. Our tub was clogged so not easy to shower, sinks didn’t drain well either. Pool and arcade were great

When we arrived they tried to give us a room that was not what I reserved. It was dirty and not cleaned. After arguing with them for over an hour they finally put us in a room I had originally booked. Very outdated, smelled and it too was not clean. The staff was running up and down the hallway at all hours of the night yelling and being loud. The pool area wasn't enjoyable as they allow day passes and people come in and take over the whole pool area. Very rude and disrespectful. I will not book here again.

The room numbers, level numbers, and building numbers are completely wrong. They told us our room was in Building 10 B and that is was on the 2nd floor. The room numbers are not fully in numerical order. Our room should’ve been in the middle and it was all the way at the end in the 50s, but we had a 30s number.l, it was also in 10 D. Also the 2nd floor isn’t really a 2nd floor, it’s 1st floor when you first walk in the building. I looked for 30 minutes before calling

No room service for cleaning, I paid double the late checkout fee to still get lacked out of my room at 10 AM when I paid until 1 PM. Children running and screaming the floor above us and security did nothing but tell us that they can’t do anything because it’s a birthday party.

The staff didn't offer any help just watched me walk around in circles up and down different floors. Not one person asked if i needed assistance locating my room or the nearest exit /elevator. Definitely need more attention/staff at the indoor Waterpark. Especially Bathrooms,locker area. This stay was not as pleasant as previous ones my room ended up in another building down the road from all the amenities which why we are there for,very big inconvenience. I guess the other times i just got lucky with building 1 and or 2. Something to look into next time around.
