I really liked how conveniently close it was to Myeongdong Shopping Street and the Station. Check in and check out was fast and easy, staff we’re really nice and helpful too. However, facility was a bit run down for my liking, even for the price. There were times that we had to wait for hot water to shower, and walls were thin enough to hear next door. Ideal for backpackers, or single travelers. Overall, we we’re still comfortable, could’ve just been better.

We made a reservation for 2 weeks to stay for our family vacay but when we checked in, the room was so disappointing. Full of dust on A/C and molds on the wall, stinky room with bathroom door that won't even close. We called the management for a full refund and he was very responsive and tried to fulfill our needs. Worst room condition but good customer service.

I arrived in the morning and had to call using the number at the front desk and the guy who answered told me to leave my luggage at the lobby and be back by 3 pm. I could not even ask for early check-in. Throughout my 6-day stay, there was no human interaction at all. Even when I checked out, I left the door access card on the front desk.

スタッフは日本語喋れる方もいて安心できます。 明洞駅から歩いて1.2分で交通の便はとてもよかったです。 チェックイン前やチェックアウト後も荷物を預かってもらえてとても助かりました。 全館禁煙ですが屋上にテラスがあり、そこで喫煙可能です。 部屋は大きめのスーツケース2つ広げたら足の踏み場はないかなって感じです。 ベッドはダブルベッドの部屋で広々していて良かったです。 トイレとシャワーはユニットバス？なのか少し広めのトイレにシャワーが付いていますがトイレにシャワーがかかってしまうくらい狭かったのでそこがマイナスポイントでした。 値段を考えれば全体的にはとてもよかったですがホテルとして考えるならもう少し値段を出してランクを上げて違うホテルでもよかったかなと思いました。 お世話になりました。 ありがとうございます。
