Best location for Duke University Health. Friendly staff. Great parking. Beds and bedding needs updated. Extremely hard, lumpy mattresses. Something was going on with the septic. Bathroom sink water smelled extremely bad, like an overflowed septic tank. Would not, could not use the sink water due to the extreme odor of poop.

Great staff made last minute accommodations for 2 couples to be located next to each other in order to help assist one member with physical disabilities. Cafe staff were very friendly and professional. Shuttle driver, Harry, went beyond just driving and helped with wheelchair bound passenger. Highly recommend this hotel.
