BEAUTIFUL LOCATION, helpful staff, clean and spacious room. Hard to fault the physical portion of this hotel. But, all the information on the provided website was incorrect which had us very confused. Hotel staff did answer our questions when things weren’t working for us, but the WiFi password provided didn’t work either… A beautiful spot to relax for a day or two, but question everything before making plans.

These are my opinions only - The hotel states it is pet friendly. However you have to leave your pet in the bedroom if you wish to eat, even on the outdoor terraces. An absurd rule ! Be careful about parking, we were not able to book the secure car park due to a convention and the surrounding area is not the best for leaving your car, it potentially is also a good walk back to the hotel. The evening we stayed you could not get food inside the hotel due to the convention. Staff were very good. Hotel is dated and tired but it is very clean. I would not recommend for pet owners

The property is great, all rooms are facing the sea and the views are breathtaking. There are two swimming pools, the beach ⛱️ is just below the hotel. The room was fantastic, two queen beds and a balcony overlooking the Cabo de Gata. Great spot to enjoy the sea and relax

Excellent views and service at an aging hotel

Good hotel, wonderful views and excellent service. Loved the pool, beach access and outdoor jacuzzi. Nice bar and very helpful staff. Note however that for a hotel which is largely only accessible by car, the additional parking costs are a bit steep, although there are probably ways of avoiding these by parking a small distance away. The hotel itself is a little dated. The showers tend to be very hot or very cold. But I enjoyed and will come back.

Muy recomendable para unos días de descanso. Playa en la puerta del hotel, magníficas vistas desde la habitación, dos piscinas, una al borde del mar. Las únicas pegas son los ascensores ( solo hay dos, insuficientes en las horas punta) y solamente hay un enchufe en la habitación. El restaurante con comida muy buena y el buffet incluye bebidas (agua, refrescos, cerveza y vino)
