We could not get the room cool enough. The business office had one chair and very dim lights, it was so hard to work in there. Why bother having a business office if you don’t even have a printer and some pens. I had to spend about 6 hours in this room during my stay. The beds were not very comfortable, a pillow top mattress would be so much better. The location is amazing.

Everything about this experience and stay was immaculate - clean room, friendly staff, anticipatory care - and I am so sad I forgot her name but she was a concierge and gave me a wake up call because I had a 530 AM taxi so she wanted to ensure I was all set for my trip and when the driver picked me up she told him to take good care of me.
