Thien Ha is anything but Heavenly
I stayed at Thien Ha 3 years ago and it seems totally different as if it was not maintained at all. he bathroom walls were cracking because of humidity and towels had black stains. he bed had dirty sheets and covers. After complaining about the room to front desk they said nothing can be done as the cleaners were gone at that time. I told them we would leave in the next morning. Finally the front desk came up to check as if they needed to vouch our words. I showed him all the problems and he agreed to give us another room. I felt insulted that I had to show him the issues.
The bedroom of the second room had clean sheets but the bathtub and walls had black mold. I decided to stay the night and check out the following morning. It was a waste of a stay but I would not stay in an unclean place.
