Great rooms, hotel is still amazing in terms of layout, pools / beach access etc. Unfortunately the change in ownership and move to all inclusive has made this hotel less desirable.
There is no app / booking system in place to support any of the restaurants, every single night there was up to a 90 minute wait to get dinner at the hotel. We gave up half way through the trip and left the hotel for food.
Drinks are poor and watered down, breakfast has declined since the change too. The property and service is still incredible but the food and beverages offered all inclusive completely let it down.
