The owner was very friendly and gave us tips for our trip and excellent recommendations for both dinner and breakfast. The downstairs rooms have access to a cute garden area. The room was updated and very comfortable. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

This older property is just a few blocks away from the main visitors area of Pacific City. This property was refreshed recently with new flooring and bedding. Prices vary greatly online. Call directly to get the best rates. The customer service is fantastic. The owner is very friendly and provides good info about the local businesses and activities. Only 15 mins to Sandlake and a couple of trailer parking spots make it a great location to stay for Sand Duners. We will definetly stay here again.

For a side of the road motel, this was a happy find! The room was upgraded and had little thoughtful touches. Very comfortable. We learned the owner had been in the wine business and got some great recommendations as we headed into Willamette Valley, an unexpected bonus! Thank you!

Nice last minute find.

Great last minute find. It was right in the heart of town, close to restaurants and coffee shops. Short drive to main beach. The building is a bit dated and the walls are thin, but we found it charming and the deer that meandered through in the morning were a nice surprise. Office suggested a nice local dining spot. This town felt like a real community that is less on tourist’s agenda, and I will come through this way in the future.

If you need a place for the night, it's close to the beach and some places to eat. No amenities except coffee in room, microwave, mini frig. Decor outdated, hairs on the bed sheets and towel. No ice. The office was closed when I had a question at 10 am on a Sunday. The staff member checking in was nice and approachable. Very expensive and not worth it (I booked last minute) but not worth any price over $150

The Photo of the outside must be OLD

When we pulled and up my husband was not convinced it would be ok in any way shape or form. The outside looks a lot older or unkempt than the photo's online. Once in the room the room itself was clean, and very comfy! There were people near us that had a huge dog and not once was the dog on a lease, frustrating, since my Pug would have loved to run, but I do not feel that it is a responsible pet owner, that lets the dogs run wild. The staff were very kind, if the outside were updated I might be able to get my hubby to stay again!
