We reserved a communication/mobility room. It was also $50 more for this room. It was not a handicap room. The room was long but hard to get a walker around all the furniture. I was pretty disappointed to be honest. There is an expectation when booking with Holiday Inn Express and this one didn’t measure up. It’s in a sketchy part of town. The grounds were dirty. Grass and plants were not manicured. The carpet in the hall was stained HORRIBLY and ripped in areas. Safety hazard. The toilet flushing mechanism wasn’t working so the toilet didn’t flush. The lamp bulb was burned out on one nightstand. The sink was missing the drain plug. The tub had a huge stain with rust about 7” in diameter. Just not a place I would go back to.
