The receptionist went above and beyond to make our arrival stress free. The property and our room was very clean. Parking was very easy and plenty of parking on site. We found the property a little noisy with doors banging but it was clean, bed was very comfortable and staff lovely.

Staff were polite, I didn't have a lot of contact with them. Room was clean for a budget motel but it has had a lot of guests. Not fond of the bunk bed above the queen bed. Bathroom amenities were clean, the hand basin plug was missing, not helpful. Biggest complaint I have is charging guests $10 per night to park in the car park what's going on here?? Next time I'm looking for accommodation I won't be putting this motel at the top of the list, I think only for emergencies.

Actually we booked for a King bed upon arrival at the front desk, the lovely lady at the front desk appologises for the changes made instead of having a king size bed, they got a queen bed, and also offerred free breakfast the next morning, my parner & i didnt mind, we just took the room and we loved it, i would like to thank all staff for their smiling faces that served us during our stay at the hotel 😇😇 hats off to you all
