An okay hotel but the lights over our bed did not work and when the toilet was flushed you had to hold the handle down or it would not work

Was ok for what I paid for this hotel. I did book a 2 room king and got 1 room with a king bed.. The tub was all chipped up. We had to go get more towels from the front desk for the two of us to shower. Pool was closed.

The check in service was great and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was perfect The swimming pool wasn’t open which was a huge bummer for me. Not mention on the website nor after booking seems misleading and faulty advertising. Word is the owner doesn’t really care despite repeated requests to fix it and the managers have to deal with disappointed hotel guests. Another issue is the bright light outside our window all night. Better curtain would solve that problem nicely. We appreciated its pet friendly policy. All in all it was a good but not great place to stay.

Felt sorry for the girl up front. She was very nice. Pool was broken! Had to vacuum my own room. The girl up front was trying to clean all the rooms wait on customer cook the continental breakfast!! She needs help!!!

The young lady who was the ONLY employee did her best to deal with a bad situation (poor ownership, management), but was unable to keep up with the demands of checking in quests, cleaning rooms, setting up for breakfast, etc.

After seeing the room I had to leave! The bed was dirty! Top layer was made and bottom sheet was half way down the bed. After closer look there was dirty and hair everywhere. They offered me another room but the smells and vibe had me out quick!

The noise between units is VERY high. Thumping coming from stairs and upper unit and could every word being said in unit next to us. Breakfast food very limited, chairs still on tables and very poor set up. No one at desk except a young boy. Lady appeared after ringing bell. Wouldn't recommend this place and will not stay here again.

Located on the West side of Pinedale, the hotel was recently refurbished and is pleasant and comfortable with good parking and a C-Store right next door.

Cleanliness was terrible. The whole thing was “under construction”. Looks like it’s been this way for a few years. Pool and hot tub was broken. Service was a joke. It was the cheapest place in town. I guess you get what you pay for. Do not recommend.
