Lovely clean room, with good bedsheets, towels etc. lashings of hot water for shower etc. Choice of all day Al aCart breakfast or buffet breakfast if required. Great WiFi. Rooftop was great, with seating and sun beds, however the pool appeared very dirty. On our last two days the rooftop closed for refurbishment, probably to clean out the pool, however we didn't get to see as we we leaving. Meals were very good and some of the best tenderest Beef I have ever eaten in The Philippines. The hotel is in the UP techno park area and is not in a position of downtown, so taxis are required. We found it suitable for our visit to St.Peters Chapel on Commonwealth Ave. The staff were very efficient and helpful, we noticed how they were thoroughly cleaning all corners of the hotel every day. I would recommend this hotel and if coming back to this area, would stay again.

This property was very safe and in a nice location where the noise level was low. The dining option in the lobby dining area was amazing and the staff was well-trained and spoke English fluently. Great hotel for a quiet stay with no frills. The room, in general, is very clean and comfortable for a good night’s rest. The only issue was with the cable that was not working for half of my stay. Love that there is a restaurant open in the building as well that serves decent Filipino fusion food with very attentive wait staff. The hotel staff is great too, from the guard who always greets you warmly at the door, to the friendly and knowledgeable front desk agents, to the accommodating housekeeping team. I’ll stay here again when I visit home because it’s budget friendly.

loved this gem! we didn't expect much, but for the price it was excellent. this property are for those people looking for a respite in the middle of chaos. if you want malls and shopping this is not the place for you, but if you want quiet with views of trees outside your window, then this is it. the security guard was really nice and helpful, the front desk ladies were always smiling, and millie's was our daughter's favorite - it was delicious!!! great stay, the room we stayed in was comfortable and had plenty of space for three :) lastly the roof top pool was awesome. note: we did hear our neighbor's voices a bit through the walls, but no biggie since the crowd here seems to be business like.

With the heat, the restaurant Millie"s in the hotel's 1st floor provide a haven for dining and meetings. The breakfast is very spartan (limited choice) considering the price as pcompared to other hotels' breakfast. The option to pre-paid breakfast does not allow senior citizen discount. That discount is not given should be made clear when offering prepaid breakfast option. Honest prevents confusion.
