SERVICE ANIMAL CAUSE FOR DENIAL?
I didn't think to tell them about my service animal so when they saw her get out the car the security guard was called and ask to please ask us to leave. They didn't want to give our money back but the security guard got them to.

Totally Disappointed
It wasn’t amazing, the owner, and concierge personnel were horrible! Terrible customer service, CASH ONLY, and had to use the night window at 9pm. Not even a receipt was printed, and my husband and I refused to use the tub.

It was much better than I was expecting. The ladies in the office was great. No issues in the room and they actually had cable tvs that worked. Room was clean.

Was not please with staff sending sum man to my door to worry me about 20 dollars that i paid. Its really. Petty and money hungry if u ask me. Nuff said. But p.s the roof of my room has mildew in it the walls have steel coming out of it on the side of the wall in here with the bathroom is it has mold growing through it it reeks of mold in the room I've been here for a total of 5 days and they decided last day to try to transfer me to a different room I brought this to hotel. com attention last night and if I'm not sure and I mistaken the night before last they tried to contact the hotel they said that we have to call back to contact them in the morning because the manager is not here I said fine I told her about it now she's trying to put me in a different room at the last damn minute on the last day before checkout really really let's be real here they full of s*** the maids do not clean thoroughly I found food pizza boxes and stuff under my bed and not once did I order pizza here marijuana as well and if you test me you will find none in my system I've already contacted Code Compliance they sent me a app to where I can download it so that I can upload the pictures nuff said4 me its hard

Yes do not be fooled by the outside it was not bad part is that no c/c accepted no visa, MasterCard, Amex nothing ONLY cash only....; that was the sad downfall however I know that I will be back.

Just DON'T do it!!
This place was TERRIBLE!! It was FILTHY and the bathroom smelled like vomit!!! The lights by the bed didn't work and the t.v. remote was taped together. After paying, we requested a receipt and we were informed we would not be given one until we checked out. What kind of place DOES that?
This was a last minute decision and it was the worst decision we've made all year!!

PÉSIMO servicio al hacer el Check in no me recibieron el pago con tarjeta, tenía que ser forzoso en efectivo la persona de recepción con muy mala actitud hacia los huéspedes, en el tiempo que estuve ahí a todos nos corrió. No me pude hospedar no llevaba en efectivo el total de la habitación. Ha sido el peor

The Royal treatment at Royal Inn!!
Always a pleasurable experience each time I stay here...just moved to Dallas and this hotel is convenient...CLEAN....and mostly the staff walked to 3 different rooms till it was your turn..
