The people were nice, but the room was horrible conditions and smelled so bad. I did not get good sleep at all, did not feel comfortable.

The place was definitely run down and cheap. It served the purpose of just having a place to crash for 1 night. I will not stay at this hotel again,!

We found multiple roaches, beds didn’t have clean linens. When a worker came, she admitted they were infested with roaches!!! We had to find another hotel last minute, and they’re making it difficult to get a refund.

Only stayed because of price. It really should be advertised as hotel. Only stayed because in budget. There were roaches. The laundry area doesn’t work. The long term residents that stay there are not clean. I can tell the staff does the best that it can. Owner needs to address cleanliness. Cheap flooring in rooms

Nasty Staff with Nastier Work Ethics; NEVER AGAIN!

This reservation was made to visit with a friend who was attending the same rabbit show that I was attending. At the last moment, I had a medical emergency that prevented my attendance, but my friend was still going. When she showed up to check in, a black man wearing a mask was very rude to her and wouldn't allow her to check in. No call was made to the number on file. No message was sent to me (since I made the reservation). But my friend was treated so badly that she had to find a room elsewhere. I was embarrassed and angry to learn that she had been treated so poorly. I'm not just angry and embarrassed, but I'm absolutely shocked to have a hotel chain that I frequently use disappoint me so terribly. I was charged for a room that no one even got to utilize. I sincerely hope that charge for one night was worth destroying a customer relationship. I will never darken the doorstep of a Red Roof hotel again. Disgraceful.

Sketchy motel

The hotel smelled like drugs. We tried to cancel our rooms with Hotels.com, but found out that we were going to be charged anyway. We decided to stay and hung up with Hotels.com. When we back inside to talk with the hotel staff, we were told our room had been cancelled and I was charged for the night. I was very dissatisfied.

The price was fair and the place was quiet but there was a few things I wasn't pleased with the major issue was I found a roach in my room which was totally disgusting. I took a picture of it I also thought the water pressure in the shower was terrible and there was no remote to the TV.

It felt like people lived there and that it wasnt a place to stay for a mother and teenage daughter on vacation. The guy that checked us in was the best part. He was very kind. It smelled like Marijuana everywhere, people out of the balcony at all times of the night screaming at people on the phone about personal things, toys piled up in the parking lot. Its like people lived there and it was very uneasy staying there because we felt like we was invading other peoples privacy. There was a huge bug in the bathroom, the floor didnt feel like they had been mopped and trash was under the bed. We also did not have a garbage can in the room.

I did not stay at the property because the room was dirty I have a confirmation number for when I called the hotel when I called Orbitz and the confirmation number is 1246-79-387 this number is for my refund I have not received it yet and it's been a week will you please refund me my money
