Very good location . It’s away from the big city of Frankfurt located in a very nice and quite area. Transport to reach Frankfurt city or airport is easily available and takes 30-40 minutes.

Mistakenly booked this hotel for one with the same name in another city and tried to cancel within 1 hour but manager would not give a refund. Highly disappointed that they wouldnt make an acception for trying to cancel within an hour of booking. Will never be staying here again after seeing how management treats mistakes that can fixed simply

Wij hadden de junior suite deze was heel ruim en schoon. Voor een nachtje te overnachten prima en op 20 minuutjes van Frankfurt Centrum. Ontbijt was afwisselend maar simpel verder prima!

Da vi ankom fik det reserveret familieværelse. Det var pænt stort, helt som en lille lejlighed. 2 af de udvendige gardiner virkede ikke men ok da. Restauranten skulle lukke kl 22, men vindue besked om, at grundet manglende buskørsel skulle personalet gå senest kl. 21. Vi nåede lige at bestille mad, men blev henvist til at spise på en anden udvendig terrasse, da de skulle lukke restauranten af. Maden var fin, men underligt personalet stadig var der kl 21.40, da vi havde spist op og selv havde ryddet tallerkner og glas af. Måske bare en misforståelse? Lidt slidt hotel nogle steder men fint nok til vi ville komme igen. Fin lille privat parkering til 4 biler. Fin udsigt fra terrassen og

Es ist ein sehr in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, das eigentlich kernsaniert werden müsste. Die Böden sind durchgetreten, die Zimmer uralt und leider auch sehr schmutzig. Das Mobiliar des Restaurants uralt, die Kissen und Hussen der Stühle total verschmutzt rissig. Allein das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Hotel ist absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

Having stayed at this hotel more than 10 time's we have experienced a number of different rooms some amazing some not so but we know that it will be clean and comfortable. This stay was Gain just that. We visit family in Bergen-Enkheim so stay on a room only basis. We got a great deal with Expedia and so think our four night stay this time was great value.

Begrenzte Parkmöglichkeiten die etwas weiter entfernt liegen. Die schwer nur zu Fuß zurück zu legen sind. Die nicht Rollstuhl gerecht sind. Im Hotel gibt es viele Stufen und um zum Zimmer zukommen gab es keinen Aufzug.

Mooi en goed hotel met prachtig uitzicht over Main dal en de skyline van Frankfurt. Hotel is in prima staat en is gerealiseerd in traditioneel Fachhaus (houten balken en pleisterwerk). Deze details zie je prachtig verwerkt terug in de kamer en badkamer. Eigen parkeerplaats is niet heel erg groot maar rondom voldoende mogelijkheden tot gratis parkeren. Rustige en gemoedelijke omgeving en toch vrij dichtbij Frankfurt. Tot de volgende keer!

The hotel charged us in full upon arrival, despite the fact that we had already paid using a reward night. They admitted the mistake and promised to refund the money, but after six weeks, we still haven’t received it despite repeated promises and reminders. Additionally, there was loud partying until after 3 a.m., making it impossible to sleep. We tried calling the reception, which was supposed to be staffed 24/7, but no one answered. The hotel has completely ignored our complaint regarding the party.

Während des Aufenthaltes täglich darauf hingewiesen, das beim Wasserhahn das Sieb fehlt - wurde ignoriert. Das Putzen ist für das Personal eher ein Fremdwort, denn es wird kaum Deutsch gesprochen. Zimmerreinigung erfolgt mit nur einem Lappen und einen Putzmittel. Zum Teil aber auch sehr freundlich und bemüht, auch wenn man um gewisse Standards betteln muss. Rezeption hat kein wissen über Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, kennen keine Frankfurt Card, etc.

Jederzeit wieder

Die zimmer sind klein, aber durchaus ausreichend und vor allen Dingen sauber. Das frühstücksbufett war sehr gut und reichhaltig und wurde auch immer wieder aufgefüllt. Leider scheint ein personalmangel zu herrschen. Die zimmer waren nicht pünktlich zum einchecken fertig und die tische wurden nach dem frühstück nicht abgeräumt. Wenn man also nicht gerade zu den ersten gehörte, musste man das benutzte geschirr selber auf seite schieben da es keine freie unbenutzte tische mehr gab. Leider hab ich die erfahrung gemacht dass es niemanden interessiert wenn man etwas auf dem zimmer hat liegen kassen. Ich habe mein gutes und teures nackenstützkissen dummerweise auf dem zimmer liegen lassen. Habe mehrmals im hotel nachgefragt (telefonisch und per mail) aber leider ohne erfolg.fazit: gutes hotel, ein paar kleinere mängel und gutes preis/leistungsverhältnis
