Excellet location in a quiet residential area near a public transport stop. Personal is wery friendly and hospitality. It was a pleasure standing in this cozy hotel with exceptional panoramic view of Frankfurt. Breakfasts were delicious and varied. It was great to parking in the secure location, and for free. Having stayed at this hotel more than 10 time's we have experienced a number of different rooms some amazing some not so but we know that it will be clean and comfortable. This stay was Gain just that. We visit family in Bergen-Enkheim so stay on a room only basis. We got a great deal with Expedia and so think our four night stay this time was great value.

It was good for one night only. It was a clean and comfortable bed , except the pillow that was too flat. Bathroom was very clean too. Unfortunately, the only thing very uncomfortable was the smell of the room, but once you opened the window for a couple of minutes, it got better. There are no restaurants around but it had a very good public transportation possibilities

The hotel is nice, but there is no air conditioning….. The stay was hot and uncomfortable, because if you open the window you share the terrace space with other two room, so it’s not safe. The sink and shower was with clogged drain and the sink is in the bad room… So it’s not very pleasant for you and for the person that you are sharing the room…. The view is stunning.

The hotel charged us in full upon arrival, despite the fact that we had already paid using a reward night. They admitted the mistake and promised to refund the money, but after six weeks, we still haven’t received it despite repeated promises and reminders. Additionally, there was loud partying until after 3 a.m., making it impossible to sleep. We tried calling the reception, which was supposed to be staffed 24/7, but no one answered. The hotel has completely ignored our complaint regarding the party.

Kamer was redelijk absoluut geen geluidsisolatie van de kamers en ik heb me laten verplaatsen naar de derde verdieping. Dan was het oké kamer was redelijk in orde bedden perfect. Da vi ankom fik det reserveret familieværelse. Det var pænt stort, helt som en lille lejlighed. 2 af de udvendige gardiner virkede ikke men ok da. Restauranten skulle lukke kl 22, men vindue besked om, at grundet manglende buskørsel skulle personalet gå senest kl. 21. Vi nåede lige at bestille mad, men blev henvist til at spise på en anden udvendig terrasse, da de skulle lukke restauranten af. Maden var fin, men underligt personalet stadig var der kl 21.40, da vi havde spist op og selv havde ryddet tallerkner og glas af. Måske bare en misforståelse? Es ist ein sehr in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, das eigentlich kernsaniert werden müsste. Die Böden sind durchgetreten, die Zimmer uralt und leider auch sehr schmutzig. Das Mobiliar des Restaurants uralt, die Kissen und Hussen der Stühle total verschmutzt rissig. Allein das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Hotel ist absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

Extra dag omdat t zo bevallen is

Mooi en goed hotel met prachtig uitzicht over Main dal en de skyline van Frankfurt. Hotel is in prima staat en is gerealiseerd in traditioneel Fachhaus (houten balken en pleisterwerk). Deze details zie je prachtig verwerkt terug in de kamer en badkamer. Eigen parkeerplaats is niet heel erg groot maar rondom voldoende mogelijkheden tot gratis parkeren. Rustige en gemoedelijke omgeving en toch vrij dichtbij Frankfurt. Tot de volgende keer!
