We didn't use the pool or hot tub so I cannot comment on that. We felt the room was clean and spacious, bed was about as comfortable as they come for a hotel. The only issue we had while we were there really wasn't anyone's fault, even though it was no fun: our door lock stopped working and it basically sounded like the firmware malfunctioned and it took almost 2 hours to fix...with 3 kids...at bedtime. It wasn't anyone's fault it was just unfortunate. Outside of that, breakfast was fine, check in and out was easy and the staff were friendly.
