Very clean and friendly staff, they even went out of their way and made sure I had a recliner in our room because I just had Shoulder Rotor cuff surgery and I couldn’t sleep laying down. They was always checking on us making sure we was ok and if we needed anything.. we will definitely stay there again next time we are in that area

bad shower

They were nice and friendly. very helpful. Our only complaint was our tub did not drain so if you took a shower, you were in standing water, my husband tried to fix it and could not. The shower head was corroded, and water sprayed ever were. When you tell them I am sorry we will let maintenance know. How about a discount?

Fantastic hotel and 5 star staff. I had 3 rooms here for my sons wedding over the weekend and all of 7 of us (5 adults and 2 kids) were extremely happy with everything. The rooms were spotless. The hotel staff were always cleaning all hours of the day & night. Wheather it was their entry way, the floors or the leaves outside. The swimming pool was big, and the pool area even had A/C so it was not hot and stuffy in there. The breakfast was perfect, with lots of choices, even the bar tender was amazing and kept our night going. Freah coffee, tea and hot chocolate 24/7. We didnt want to leave.

Eh. Kinda not good.

The hotel has a great potential, but someone needs to invest some time into repairing the issues. The vents in the restroom are disgusting. The counter behind the toilet prevents you from lifting the lid completely and the shower curtain rod needs to be repaired. Blood stain in the sheet.. The hotel could Be a gem. But it isn’t.
