What a great find! Right on the water with a beautiful view from your deck including lounge chairs and table for coffee in the mornings. It’s located perfectly in the middle of everything including restaurants, shopping and entertainment. We have stayed in PTown many times, but Dyers Beach House may be our new favorite!

Fabulous! An ocean-view retreat just a few steps from all the energy on Commercial Street. Loved this place! You simply cannot beat the location - right on the beach and right in the middle of the action of Commercial Street. All the good restaurants are within easy walking distance as well as many fun stores to peruse. The hotel is very quiet despite being in the middle of the action. The staff was so very helpful and friendly. Could not have asked for a better stay!

Such a perfect location for our first visit to P-town. Beach house is right in the middle of Commercial street, shops & restaurants are literally a few seconds walk from the rooms. The location is very quiet, tucked away from the street enough to offer a nice private feel. We couldn't be happier with the room. The view was incredible & the private beach was amazing. I would love to visit P-town & stay at Dyer's again.
