The staff was effecient and accommodating. Upon check in the lady at reception kindly helped me with my luggage. At checkout another lady called a taxi for me. The staff did an excellent job. The room was clean, spacious and well located. Enjoyed my stay.

The location of the hotel is absolutely horrible. It reminds me of Skid Row (please look it up if your unaware of it). There is no way I would stay in the hotel because of its unsafe location.

Location of room (118) light on & off from exterior window to staircase. Not a nice location to walk from. Bed comfortable, pillows not so much (hard).
