Staff reached out towards all my concerns and set us up for transportation with request response within 24hours or less. Definitely recommend this hotel! Very convenient to most sites with 15mins or less unless going to coliseum which was about 25mins. Lots of restaurants around to choose from.

A staff member named Rosa was very helpful and always happy to help with any questions like extra pillows or scheduling airport transportation. The property was always clean and quiet. Location was the best part. Many restaurants around the property and close to the Pantheon and many other places. Highly recommend this place!

Overall good place to stay. Location was great and the staff were very nice! My only complaint is about the bathroom. The shower only had one door and the curtain they hung in place of the missing door did very little to stop the water from ending up on the ground. Also the shower pressure would fluctuate and when that would happen the shower head would spray over the shower and all over the bathroom soaking everything.

We had a great stay. The staff was super accommodating and friendly. The location is absolutely perfect. Every single think we wanted to see was a 10-20 minute walk and there were good restaurants just steps away. It’s a bare bones bed and bathroom but the air conditioner kept us comfortable the few hours a day we were inside and that’s all we needed. We would definitely stay here again.
