This place was not up to the proper standards, not to mention staff was not understanding when confronted about the condition of the property. Did not ended up staying at this location, wanted a refund as soon as we got there, however, that was unsuccessful. We had to wait until the next day and didn’t get refunded the entire amount. Not staying there again.

The location is awesome. Very near to clifton hill. My main issue i would have adressed upon leaving, however the office was locked so there was no one to discus/inform about the rodent/animal in the ceiling that i could hear scratching throughout the night. Secondly i get hotels/motels mainly because at home i only have a stand up shower. My stay was centered around making my partner an extra nice bubble bath and after i had set up the surprise, we went to run the bath and there was no plug/bath stopper. It was very disappointing
