The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. Everything is quite new, a bit tacky but not overwhelming. The problem is the staff, they can’t seem to make an extra effort to make you comfortable or solve a situation. Even with the simplest things. They offer early check in, with a cost, but because there was a large group asking for it they decided to cancel it for everyone. We were going to a wedding and instead of facilitating our stay we had to change clothes in a restroom at the wedding venue, stash our luggage in the car and check in the hotel at 11pm. They could have had larger profits but could not make an effort to accommodate us. At breakfast the waiter was very polite but unable to make a simple request to serve the whipped cream on the side instead of on top of the bread. Overall our stay was nice but it could have been great. Lots of people go to Cuernavaca for weddings. I hope their service and flexibility improves.

Wonderful place to stay!! Absolutely clean! People that work there are amazing!! Friendly and very helpful!! The hospitality is on top level!! Very close to Zocalo, where everything is!!! The food in the restaurant is purely delicious!!! If we come back to Cuernavaca, there is not a doubt that we will stay at Flor de Mayo again!!!

La habitacion estaba limpia. La comida buena. El personal amable. La ubicacion si vas a las mañanitas a algun evento, esta muy bien. El mantenimiento de la habitación no es bueno, el agua salia muy poco y se iba, la cortina no se podia cerrar bien, se veia descuidado. En fotos se ve mejor por lo que mi expectativa era mas alta. Para una noche esta bien, pero no se si volveria.

Si tienes boda en Las Mañanitas, este hotel es una excelente opción, pues caminas muy poquito y de regreso, hasta de bajadita. Hotel boutique estilo vintage con estacionamiento grande. Trata de reservar directamente o a través de la página de los novios, porque seguro te sale una mejor tarifa.

El hotel es muy sencillo pero está limpio, como muchos te cobran si quieres la habitación antes de las 3:00, nosotros solo queríamos dejar las maletas y aunq estaba lista, si metíamos las maletas antes de las 3:00 nos hacían el cobro, ya estábamos totalm listos para irnos a nuestro evento, esta política ya la he visto mucho en Cuernavaca y me parece un abuso porq saben que muchas veces reservas para asistir a una boda y se aprovechan de esta situación

Fotos engañosas. Es un Hotel (motel? Posada? Vecindad?) de 1 estrella viejo mal pintado. En general, muy malos acabados. Deteriorado. No hay minibar La “Regadera de Lluvia” es una regadera común y corriente vieja de pared. Hormigas y otros Insectos en el cuarto Sin mosquiteros Ducto de extracción ruidoso junto al cuarto desde las 7am y sin parar. Ventanas de doble cristal no aíslan el ruido. No se puede dormir. Sábanas manchadas Toallas manchadas y con hoyos Solamente una toalla grande. Sin batas 3 ganchos. Uno de madera, uno de plástico, uno de metal oxidado.

Me hospedé para una boda que se hace en el salón las mañanitas y la ubicación es buena porque está a unos minutos caminando pero en si el hotel están malas condiciones, la cama súper dura, la ducha es pequeña, no lo recomiendo en general pero si lo que te importa es la ubicación, es ideal

Lo que salva este hotel es el nivel de servicio y la calidad del restaurante. Aparte de la gente, le hace falta muchos detalles que hacen una gran diferencia en los cuartos. No había plancha ni secadora de pelo, solo había un gancho y una toalla chica, las esquinas de la regadera y del cuarto estaban sucias, las toallas estaban manchadas, no funcionaban los switch de las luces, los horarios del restaurante fueron inconsistentes. Y esos son unos ejemplos. Este hotel es la definición de “ok”. Fue fácil quedarnos aquí por la ubicación y la atención de toda la gente que trabaja aquí. Y me quedaría aquí otra vez nomas si mi primera opción no estuviera disponible.
