I had a single room with 2 bunk beds. A bit cramped, but ok. What makes this Hostel stand out is location, price and the staff. Can wholeheartedly recommend to anyone travelling on a budget.

I have no idea where all the good evaluations come from... we wanted to spend as much time outside as possible cause our room was small and smelling modly. We talked to other guests who felt the same. For the price, we would have gotten a room in a near hotel as well if we've booked the night before. Feeling sorry for the nice employees, they did a great job and cant do anything about that.

Greeted and welcomed with cold drinks and macadamia chocolates by the friendly staff. Surfboards and beach gear available for use with no cost. Great excursions offered for a small fee. Comfortable, quiet, and clean sleeping area. Updated and clean bathroom. Nice, quiet outdoor lounge and communal kitchen areas. Convenient location to shops, dining, beach, the zoo, and the Shell concert area. Overall, great place to stay in Waikiki.

Pros - close to Waikiki beach, clubs & shops - great community aspect, people are super social here! - each ‘dorm’ has its own bathroom and kitchenette - rooftop patio is amazing & they offer cheap island tours at the hostel Cons - I really didn’t like the bare bones kitchen. There were no utensils, plates or anything to eat with. - wish there was at least 2 washers and dryers because it can get busy. - cleaning staff could pay a bit more attention to detail when cleaning.

This hostel is amazing! The 1st hostel I've stayed in, and I didn't even miss staying in a hotel. I would stay here again just for the environment. The staff is amazing, all of my roommates were super nice. The roof of the hostel is super nice to hang out at. There are lockers in the room. The staff is super accommodating and clearly love what they do. They let you borrow certain beach items for free! There's a refrigerator in every suite and a kitchen in each building. There are washers and dryers you can use for a fee. It's an amazing place for a short or long stay and I cannot wait to go back.

Location is amazing. Staff are amazing overall amazing place to stay! First time staying at a hostel I was a little reserved but my 19 year-old daughter convinced me it was fine and we had the best time!! I can’t believe I haven’t been utilizing this my whole life such great quality for the price would highly recommend to anyone and everyone!

Great place to stay. All the desk staff were super helpful. Rooms were very clean and well kept. Air conditioning and ceiling fans in the rooms were a life saver for sleeping comfortably. Walkability to Waikiki beach was wonderful, and lots of buses go through the stops nearby for travelling further than walking distance.
