The location was ideal, and the room was cozy. I like thay you could walk down to the river, a little shallow for fishing. The oly issue i jad eith the room was there was a preety decent soze hole in the door, which could have been used to open the door while we were sleeping.

The property has a lot of features perks. We went for a concert and the property had an included shuttle service that took us to the concert and picked us up when it was over. It also has water access to float the river.

Simple Lodging

Simple lodging good for weekend stays. Good location for amphitheater. Outside patio is the best feature with full fridge if you want to cook. The downside is the bed isn’t comfortable and could be much cleaner.

It wasn't very comfortable during our downtime to gather together and watch tv. The property is nice and the cabin(Nueces) was very clean and up to date. Quiet, scenic views clean and well kept despite the cold, windy weather. I hope to come back in the summer time! I wished there was 2 soaps and not just one in the bathroom. The TV remotes were a little tricky to use. I checked batteries, took out and made sure in remote correctly. Overall 9 out 10. Highly recommended!!

My best friend and I rented this place for the weekend to float and go to a concert. The customer service/communication was impressive. Inlcuing a phone call prior to arrival, a handwritten welcoming note & daily texts keeping us up to date with shuttle times. Check in was remote so there was no delay with getting settled. Easy access to the river too. We just walked down and hung out for a few hours. Overall great experience. My only advice is to hydrate. It is hot!

Cabin 19 was clean and comfortable however it did have a couple small issues. The shower did not drain very well and would overflow the shower pan if you didn’t turn the water off intermittently to allow it to drain. The ceiling fan did not work and it’s hot in Texas! Last but not least the body pillow on the bed had stains of some sort of fluid on it and was put away for the duration of our stay. We enjoyed the location and complementary tubing.

The cabin is wonderful. Great place to unwind. The furniture, bathroom, mattresses, linens, cleanliness are five stars. Off-site staff very disappointing. Arrived to freezing cold room and no instructions for the AC/heating unit and no one to tell us how to make it warmer. After downloading the manual from the internet we finally were able to get the heat going. And the “free” internet—only free if you have the password!! Called the after hours number only to be disconnected after too many rings. Glad we did not have a true emergency. And heads up, the kitchen has no plates, no silverware, no paper towels. We would come again but would need to bring some of our own things and definitely get the password before 4 pm when the “office” closes!
