The service was excellent. The breakfast buffet was great, beyond expectations. The room for 3 guests, which had two beds plus an extra one, was quite small. Overall experience was great.

Great stay. Pool really nice as well as breakfast. We had to remind housekeeping several times that we were 3 in the room to have the right amount of towels. It should be known as we already had to pay an extra for the 3rd person. The bottle for conditioner was empty or not working well.room was quiet. Terrasse bar was nice when there was not a futball game with full sound commentaries.

Great hotel for the buck

The hotel was surprisingly excellent. It is not the most fancy hotel you could find. It is quite a classy old-school type of hotel, but it has a great return on the money spent. The rooms are spacious and clean, the beds are comfortable and great to sleep on, and the service is remarkable - every request was answered with a smile and it seems that the staff is eager to please the customers. The breakfast is moderate and not very diversified, but it is something that is common also in other hotels in Abu Dhabi, so it stands in line with other breakfasts of other hotels. The hotel is located adjacently to a mall, which is quite comfort for fast shopping or if you are in need of a quick meal.

Marriott is losing its customer centricity, it seems to be a global phenomenon. It has become a common observation. I have had better experiences with other hotel chains atleast in this year.
