Very good service even though some of the staff don't speak English but they are very helpful. Not in tourist area but good location, very convenient. Good breakfast also.

Sometimes, forget to replace the new cap, shower gel,etc. The attitude of the manager is too bad. He don't clarify the right customers to pretend we make the towel dirty and we are to tell to stop at the light to request to pay the washing fee for the dirty towel. It's too bad feeling that you don't know what's matter and stop for paying penalty. We ask him the towel is belong to which room number? He said 901, but we stay in 801. At that time, I just have the comment on it. How come that your attitude is? No matter your hotel is not too bad, but I dissatisfy such service attitude.
Everything is good. Friendly staff and good service, excepting for the room we booked. I expected my room with the window so that i could have a good view. Thus, I booked the premium deluxe double bedroom with the window. When I checked in, they gave me the room with frosted window where I couldn't open or look outside. I told staff to ch
ange the other room as I booked for more than 1 week. Staff was very helpfull but unable to find the double bedroom with the window. A bit disappointed as it was our first booking and already paid. That room should not be the premium deluxe, its normal room. I prefer to book the normal room next time.
