Short stay

Booked a 2 night stay for my Dad and his partner. Based on what they told me that the hotel has a very good location and accessible to shops, restaurants and some of Dumaguete’s attraction. Room reasonably clean and spacious. Good to know they have a working wifi.

Meh

Hotel is run down since last visit, thin walls could hear the people next door, and staff in the lobby in the early morning. Dim lights, tv so messed up could not see any show not outside in bright light . Staff was nice and very polite and responsive to requests.. although it took 3 requests for an extra towel.. they kept taking away the other ones . Photos do not match what I stayed in .

Good location. Noisy due to industrial warehouse near the rear of the hotel. Night loading,etc. Then, upon checkout, the desk clerk demanded I remain at the desk while security went to my room to investigate any possible damage or theft. Outrageous policy. I left immediately.

The property has been renovated recently, so the photos of the room was outdated. The room is modern with a safe, great split air conditioner (which makes it quiet) the bathroom had good water pressure , fresh towels every day, and warm water. They should add a light above the mirror to make it easier to shave. There are a lot of trikes that go by and they will call a cab if that is what you want.

Not the top of the line , but , very very convenient .. lot's of good shopping places nearby... Robinson's, Hardware stores, etc. near Ceres bus terminal, Mcdonalds.. 7-11, etc. affordable. ... you only get the bare essentials there... but it's worth it..

We have stayed a few times in the past rooms 102,104,204, everything was great, but this time we stayed in room 126 on September 4th thru 7th and we encountered a broken toilet cover and Cockroaches in the room. We did notify front desk, thank you Frank!
