The only issue we had was being denied a rollaway at check-in for one of our grandkids. We had a very large suite with plenty of room but were told that our room couldnt have it. Not allowed in a suite with plenty of room but allowed in a standard room? We spoke to management the next morning and they sent one right up! Our grandaughter had had to sleep on the floor the first day, very ridiculous. We were double charged for our 4lb dog, but, it was quickly reveresed. At least we think it was. No receipt was provided. Gentleman working breakfast buffet was very efficient, but, at a cost. He was very grumpy and after everyone to clean up. minor problems, but, worth a mention.
