The room could be cleaner. We had to go get towels and wash clothes. They had hair all over them. It was supposed to be a non smoking room but it smelled of smoke and there was a butt in the sink drain. I had to go buy air freshener. The staff was friendly but we're all on personal call at every visit to the desk.
