This was my first time staying at a Home2. I think I have found my new favorite hotel! The rooms were amazing. The beds were comfortable. The towels were soft and the staff were super friendly. The property is very nice and was really clean. We were impressed with the clean elevator and hallways. The building just smelled clean, which isn’t always expected. Our room was spotless and super comfortable. The carpet was clean. The pillows and bed were soft. Everything in the room worked. We had everything we needed to feel at home, even if we had a short stay. The bathroom was also clean and had plenty of toiletries. Breakfast was free and had enough options to choose from. The staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. I’m glad we chose this place for our stay. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

I can't tell you how the stay was. Because the hotels.com app said it changed my dates so I went on with doing what I needed. Then when I look today at my email it says oh how was your stay. I contacted hotels.com they were no help refused a refund lied and said they contacted the hotel when they did not. So now I don't get to see family for the first holidays without my mom. I am out $130 and get to have a nightmare day for Christmas Eve👎

Service is EXCELLENT…the room was not!

We enjoy Home2 Suites. We were greeted in a friendly and welcoming manner! Love that! This particular location just showed a lot of wear and tear…or it was just older. We had two queen beds. One bed had wrinkled sheets and pillow case. It looked as if the sheets were not changed although it was made. It is possible the sheets were just very wrinkly compared to the other bed. When I pulled the coverlet back the duvet was stained. Ugh. The room was just worn down ~ a lampshade was missing, there were stains in the sink and bathtub, stains on the walls and doors, furniture and floor. The hardware was worn down and rusted/dented. The a/c fan sounded like it was going to depart at anytime! The whole room was just rough. Again…we’ve always enjoyed Home2 Suites! They’ve always been exceptional in service and cleanliness. This particular room experience however was a significant step down.

I usually have good experiences with Hilton properties. Unfortunately, this hotel was very disappointing. The main reason we booked this hotel was because of the pool, we were going to visit my stepdaughter for her birthday and since we know how much she loves to swim, a pool was a must. We didn't know their pool was plugged and out service until we were informed after checking in and after the keys were handed. It is stated in their website, but Expedia did not have that information. We tried to cancel the hotel,called another hilton property to make sure their pool worked, they said yes. We told that to the front desk clerk or manager that was there so we could cancel, she said that Expedia would give us a hard time to refund us the money, etc., she also said we could use the pool of the Tru hotel since it was a Hilton property. I said I didn't know that we could go to any hilton and use their pool and she said yes we could. I asked what we needed to show, she said just our room key should be enough. We were convinced and it seemed only logical to stay there and use the pool of the other Hilton property since it was near by. When we got into the room, it wasn't clean, there was crumbs on the table, hair on the sink and shower, the couch and chair were very disgusting, you could see dirty spots everywhere. The tv remote looked likeit had notbeen wiped down in a long timeThe fridge had spots from food spilled. I always carry with me clorox wipes, so I wiped down everything.

Room was free due to accumulated points and I was disappointed. For a Hilton, it was more like Comfort Inn. The large kitchen seemed great until 4am and find out coffeemaker doesn't work. The bathroom sink didn't drain so I had to brush my teeth in kitchen sink and toilet seemed to not flush enough (both buttons tried). The pillows were all same shape and none were flat enough. Must say -- Brooke, the front desk lady, was so friendly and nice. I hope she's well paid.
