大致來說很好! 但是早餐總類很少，可是都不錯吃盥洗用具牙刷打開來有發霉，客房服務接到電話會馬上來更換有幫忙叫計程車，很方便!!!

Room was good size but toilet was quite dirty. Shower was not able to drain away during a shower and you end up standing in a pool. Toilet bowl was also stained from usage.

It is value of money considering location and other amneties. But I found the bed sheet and towel a biy yellowish. I would stay again in the hotel but I hope they will renew the sheets and towel

the staff not friendly. I was asking if we can check in earlier, the staff just replied No instantly without checking or explain nicely. Even tell us that it is already stated in the email the check out time is 3 pm with not friendly look. Bad service

If you need a place to stay near Pluit or PIK, this is the place to go. Room was spacious and clean. There are grocery and pharmacy at the ground floor.

Nice comfy room with complimentary assess to mall’s gym. Modern amenities just that room is abit small. Overall a pleasant stay with attentive and prompt service from the staffs. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice comfortable bed with 4 great pillows .... small but clean bathroom... Nice breakfast.... My negative comment would be that there is only one elevator in the main entrance area.... there is a service elevator... that I used most often.... but it’s hard to find

Very noisy, not suitable for rest

The windows of the cheaper rooms are facing to a huge lounge and staircase, from where there's access to other facilities. Constant hideous music all day from 6am till midnight or later, people are shouting and noisy. These rooms are also very dark and depressing, if you open the curtain you'll let neighbours to watch your privacy. When asked for an upgrade to one of the street facing room, they wanted to charge us with 800k rupiah per night (roughly £40) which was the full price for the dark room. At the end we left and booked a room at Holiday Inn of which we were very satisfied.

No Frill hotel

Overall quite a pleasant stay, the building has good amenities and restaurants. WIFI is the only poor aspect, the connection is poor.
