Hotel de Pueblo
El hotel está limpio y los cuartos también, las camas buenas. La regadera excelente. Sólo que les sugiero poner toalla de manos. No tiene teléfono en el cuarto y las cortinas son muy claras, la luz entra muy temprano. No ponen kleenex. La vista de algunos cuartos es buena hacia la montaña. El personal es muy atento.

la verdad no fue lo que esperaba por el precio que pague pensé que era de mejor calidad, no tenía desayuno incluido en la tarifa, pues ni siquiera había agua caliente, ni teléfono, las camas no eran quen sise, la habitación era para tres personas y solo dejaron 2 toallas, solo contaba con una conexión de luz, la atención no fue la que se me ha brindado en otros hoteles y no se veía ningún río.

No recomiendo usar hoteles.com
Respecto al Hotel no tuvimos problemas. Tuvimos necesidad de quedarnos una tercera noche la cual nos costo mucho más barato que con la plataforma, además el recepcionista nos informó que el precio que hoteles.com nos había dado eran 200 pesos menos de lo que se me descontó en la tarjeta. Así que no recomiendo este servicio.

Hotel limpio con estacionamiento y alberca
El hotel se encuentra al lado de una cancha de futbol que tiene un paisaje muy bonito, la habitación está cómoda, limpia, cuenta con estacionamiento y caminando está a 15 min. del centro. No hay quejas.

No regresaría
Tuve problemas para hacer la reservación, esto por un problema con hoteles.com vs las habitaciones que ofrece el hotel. una vez realizada la reservación me hablaron directamente del hotel para pedir que camabiara la reservación puesto que ellos no contaban con el tipo de habitación que estaba en el sistema de hoteles.com. Me tomó cuatro llamadas del hteles + tres llamadas a hoteles.com para que corrigieran la situación, que incluso al llegar tuve problemas aún con la reservación.
En cuanto al hotel en sí no regresaría, ya que las instalaciones no son las mejores. Me costó mucho trabajo poder dormir por el ruido en los pasillos. Por otro lado, la regadera tiene muy poca presión y tarda mucho en calentarse.

Poor services and not recommanded.
Mostly,Not bad to sleep one day, but no more was not recommanded.
Hotel was clean, but smell like bathroom...from airconditioner.
Especially bathroom shower was weak(cannot adjust the water Quantity),not hot for shower.
Breakfast is really poor - just sereal, milk, Bread and coffee, it's all.
But only Hotel has kind service which only good thing in this hotel.
