I stay here in my way home to Texas from my home in Pamplona. Love to eat at the Prada El Tope down the street. Santa Anna Plaza is very convenient. For this hotel....rooms by the street are loud (to be expected), interior rooms are better. Just a good bunk for the night before heading home.

You Can Do Better in Madrid

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, but I could not understand why this place was so highly rated. The location is excellent, but the rooms are old and not particularly comfortable. Worst of all are the mattresses, which are just thin foam. I'd wake up every morning with my back out. Would not stay again.
