Yes the a/c worked but was so loud you couldn't hear yourself think straight. There was a hole where a rat came through the wall and they had a rat bait trap shoved in the hole blocking of where the rat came in and out of. Rat feces in the bathroom and I killed about 6 roaches in one of our rooms we stayed in. The staff just opens our door one morning around 9-930 am hollering check out when it's not really til 11am. That is so unprofessional of the cleaning staff and lower management to try to get guests to leave early so they can get done early and go home. If I pay full price for a room I would like to get a full stay. Fair is fair..... The only good part of the price of a room is the no deposit.
