This is has been the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at And the service mid day was the worst ever it’s smelled in both rooms i was switched to no running water we couldn’t shower or even use the restroom or brush our teeth complete don’t recommend !!!!

Mi esposa tenía una reserva de dos noches. El hotel no la registró hasta las 23:00. No había agua en la habitación. Se fue por la mañana. No ha habido respuesta a su solicitud de reembolso. Pésimo hotel. My wife had a two-night reservation. The hotel didn't check her in until 11:00 PM. There was no water in the room. She left in the morning. There has been no response to her refund request. Terrible hotel.

The hotel didn't have water. The staff was supposed to inform me about it but they didn't. About the water they said there was nothing they could do. That it was MY PROBLEM and the company I booked in with. Person in charge was rude along with the staff. Also Expedia didn't want to help me with the problem.

El hotel es aceptable, la ubicación es buena, es un hotel que no tiene aire , se supone que pague la habitación con un ventilador, nunca me lo dieron (el ventilador) inventaron un montón de excusas, le dije que yo en la página había pagado con ventilador, no les interesó. La PEOR experiencia de mi VIDA en un hotel, desde la llegada, todo a base de mentiras, no respetaron sus horarios de check in, y el personal de recepción, son personas GROSERAS. Después de esperar horas, me informaron que harían una reserva directa cuando la había hecho por Hoteles.com y me querían volver a cobrar y además me dieron una habitación que no me correspondía, me tuve que quejar. La habitación tenía manchas por todos lados, el elevador se atora y es horrible. Las luces de la habitación no servían, nadie contestaba el teléfono y para colmo no había agua. me tuve que ir de ese hotel, y ahora se rehusan a reembolsarme, de verdad jamás había vivido una experiencia como esta tan desastrosa.

Hotel familiar, cerca de Paseo de la reforma , bien ubicado.lo único es que rentas la habitación dice que tienen ventilador, pero lo tienes que pedir, no hubo agua caliente la noche que estuve ni la mañana es limpio, sábanas limpias, tienes que llevar tu shampoo y solo te dan 2 toallas chicas. Todo bien . Pague con desayuno pero no me regresaron los 100 pesos del desayuno porque esa mañana que yo iba a estar el restaurant cerraba, no me.lo reembolsaron. Pido aquí mi reembolso del desayuno. Que el restaurant no abrió el día domingo.

Habitaciones sucias y con reparaciones por hacerse. Más de 3 horas para hacer check in (después de la hora establecida por el hotel). No sabían que habitación estaba ocupada /disponible. Reporte 7 veces que había fuga de agua en la habitación y nunca fueron. El personal con muy mala actitud. Las habitaciones NO CORRESPONDEN con las publicadas en Expedía. Recomiendo que no cometan el error de hospedarse aquí. Expedía no ayudo a cancelarme la reservación (aún así le enviamos fotos de la habitación que no correspondía ).

nada que ver con lo que me mostraron en la fotos solo la entrada del hotel se parecia a lo que expedia prometio, me metieron en un cuar horrible super viejo la tele de las antiguas sin botones solo estorbaba, el colchon super manchado de miados cubierto por una sola sabana, contacte esxpedia para que resolvieran y es hora que no se nada de llos les mande muchicimas fotos, ademas toda la noche gemodos de personas teniendo sexo otro borrachos gritan fue una experiencia de mala muertetube que salirme por mi cuenta el dia siguiente, no me pude quedar los 4 dias por los que pague
