The hotel didn't have water. The staff was supposed to inform me about it but they didn't. About the water they said there was nothing they could do. That it was MY PROBLEM and the company I booked in with. Person in charge was rude along with the staff. Also Expedia didn't want to help me with the problem.

Ubicación: Excelente. El hotel está a solo 200 metros de dos de las principales avenidas (Reforma e Insurgentes), en un barrio con fácil acceso a numerosos restaurantes y con un supermercado contiguo al hotel. Estado del hotel: Muy deficiente. El ascensor falla con frecuencia, las alfombras de los pasillos están extremadamente sucias y deterioradas. El olor en la habitación es insoportable debido a problemas en las tuberías; parece que el olor del sistema séptico o cloacas regresa por las mismas. Habitación: Las sábanas estaban manchadas y las toallas tenían un olor desagradable. Desayuno: Muy malo. El café tenía un sabor extraño, más parecido a maní que a café. Solo ofrecían un huevo revuelto por persona y unas tajadas de fruta tan delgadas que no llegaban a pesar 30 gramos.

Recepcion pesima con los recepcionistas comiendo mientras te atendian, eso fue muy anti-igienico, señora de limpieza muy amable y servicial, hay buenos shops en el area La primera noche tube almoadas muy malas. La señora de la limpieza fue muy amable y cambiarmelas al dia siguiente, fue la unica persona cordial en todo el hotel.

Es un hotel económico y eso hay que tenerlo en mente, realmente la atención de los que atienden y del guardia es buenisima, se esmeran en ayudarte, pero si las instalaciones estan viejitas aunque nos toco que estaban remodelando un poco! Gracias por su apoyo

el aspecto exterior del hotel y la atencion del personal muy bien pero las habitaciones por lo menos la asignada pesimo muy poca iluminacion, la television no prendia las puertas de los muebles caidas o ya no tenian la alfombra se veia muy sucia al igual que el baño, requiere de mucho mantenimiento

Honestamente ya era la segunda vez que me quedaba, la primera no fue desagradable digamos que normal, me dieron. Una habitación por vista a la calle y es un hotel viejo, pero pasable, pero esta vez sí me fue terrible, había piojos o termitas, la habitación apestaba a humedad, la regadera tapada, en general me fue mal… hasta el día de hoy tuve que tirar mi ropa y tener comezón.

La verdad el hotel está muy bien, sólo el único punto negativo es que durante la estancia en los últimos días hubo un problema con la bomba de agua y había días en que nos quedábamos sin agua después de las 5-6 y a veces regresaba en la noche o si no hasta el día siguiente

Me fue pésimo! Abandone el hotel a los dos días, se quedó sin agua y en recepción dijeron que no podían hacer nada ellos hasta las 12:00 pm que llegara mantenimiento, que agua había pero lo que no servía eran las tuberías, se fue desde la tarde anterior hasta la mañana siguiente, las sábanas rotas, con chinches, el estado del hotel es deplorable, entiendo que es un hotel viejo y económico pero hasta hace unos 2 años atrás no estaba en tan malas condiciones, el personal es despota, nunca contestan el teléfono ni los buenos días dan! Era uno de mis favoritos por la distancia al sindicato de Telmex y la tradición de quedarse ahí como trabajador de Telmex…
